Sappi’s Tugela Mill:
MWR is currently managing Sappi’s Tugela Mill landfill in Mandeni and collecting cardboard waste for recycling. Sappi is a global manufacturer of pulp, paper and packaging products.
Mandeni Mall:
Mandeni Waste Recyclers manages cardboard and plastic waste for Mandeni Mall. This responsibility includes collecting, separating and disposing of waste in accordance with legislation, as well as assisting Mall management with site hygiene.
Freedom Stationery: Mandeni Waste Recyclers manages Freedom Stationery on a fortnightly basis. This involves handling waste management and recycling services for the company.
uMfolozi TVET Mandeni Campus: Mandeni Waste Recyclers also manages the waste at uMfolozi TVET Mandeni Campus. We provide weekly waste sorting and collection services for the campus, ensuring proper waste management practices.
Service Level Agreement (SLA): Recently, we have signed a Service Level Agreement with uMfolozi TVET Mandeni Campus. As part of this agreement, all candidates enrolled in waste management courses at the campus will have the opportunity to gain practical work experience through internships and practicals with our company. MWR is a member of the e-Waste Association of South Africa and Institute of Waste
Management in South Africa and operates an ISO 14001:2015 accredited facility.
